By purchasing a ticket to the Women’s Health & Menopause Expo on 15th November 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All tickets must be purchased in advance via our official booking page or at the door (subject to availability). Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organiser. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Please retain proof of purchase.

This is an 18+ event. No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted entry alcohol available.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including non-attendance or changes to personal circumstances. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

While we make every effort to deliver the event as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or event content without notice.

Attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing during the event. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury incurred at or in connection with the event.

By attending the event, you consent to photography, filming, and audio recording that may be used for promotional purposes.

Your personal data will be used for event-related communications and may be used to keep you informed about future events. You can opt out at any time.
